Nowoczesny, przestronny pokój, bardzo czysto. Do tego sam obiekt też jest naprawdę ładny i spory, fajna restauracja dostępna na miejscu i dobry bufet śniadaniowy.

"Great hotel but be careful with your credit card"

We arrived during a chaotic moment (no internet in the town of Tusayan) but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in was manual and the staff did what they could do. The staff did a great job by keeping their patience because everybody must have been so stressed out. The room was great: clean, well kept, spacious and in line with online photos. Parking in front of the building was not an issue: I always found a spot close to the entrance. The swimming pool was definitely a bonus: perfect for a very hot afternoon. The resort also hosts great activities like "dive-in movies" (in the pool) and making smores in the afternoon. Which gave our stay an extra touch!

The day before our arrival my cousin called to validate her booking (that I made for her) and the employee told her there is no booking for her. So she made a new one. If that reservation does not exist, why did the hotel charge me for it?? We paid for three rooms although the hotel claims there is no record of this third booking/room. On top of that, the third room was charged full price while a no-show or cancellation would only be half of the price (first night). During check-in I did not bother anyone with my question because there was no internet. During check-out nobody wanted to help me and they referred to Booking.com (fair enough). But no response through Booking.com. Even after several attempts to solve this issue. Even Booking.com asked the hotel to take action. Now I opened a dispute with the credit card company. It is sad that this hotel ruined the experience during the aftermath. This hotel felt very warm and welcoming but in reality they just take your money without any reason and ignore you because they believe that is a proper way to handle it.
