I think for the bang for your buck this is a good little hotel i mean its lake havasu nothing is really really all that bad in my eyes . The owners and staff were nice and accommodating to me and my girlfriend.

Was surprised from the looks outside but rooms were newly remodeled and very clean. Only downside seemed to have a drainage problem in the shower.

I was very pleased with the room. It wound up being a very cold and windy night when I stayed. I liked that there was a second door that opened up directly to the pool area. I was disappointed that the weather was too cold to swim because the pool looked amazing. And the hotel was very close to everywhere I needed to be while I was in Lake Havasu.
