Please check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This hotel had a nice homey vibe for us after being in Yosemite. The room was really spacious and clean. Just really comfortable. It was right by a ranch and a small town, and I would definitely go back someday.

Very cozy stay after three days of camping and hiking in Yosemite. Nothing fancy but met all of the needs of our family of three (with 9 year old girl). Great location on the main drag of a quaint little town walking distance to good food options.

This is an older hotel and feels like you're stepping back in time! It's very cool! That being said, the carpet on the bed frames threw me off as I am always concerned about possible bed bugs etc (I did not see anything!). I did find multiple hairs on the sheets/bedding which concerns me. There are not many other options in the area and I would stay here again but some of these clealiness issues are easy to fix.
