1.I checked in on May 20; by May 22, the shower gel was gone. I mentioned this to the housekeeping staff the first time, but she didn’t restock it right away. The second time I went to the front desk, the staff member there said they didn’t have any shower gel and would have the housekeeping staff restock it for me the next day. However, it wasn’t restocked until I checked out on May 26. 2.I booked a room on Booking.com for May 20–28, but I checked out on May 26. When I asked the front desk what would happen to the charges for my remaining two nights, she told me to contact Booking.com. I called Booking.com countless times afterward, and they told me they could only issue a refund once they received a response from the hotel manager—but the manager never replied to Booking.com’s emails. I still haven’t received a refund for that amount.

The property was dirty and had roaches. We spoke to the girl at the front who stated we couldn’t talk to a supervisor or manager
