"Although a little tired the property is always clean and the staff excellent."

Location is great 20$cab ride from the airport close to amenities

It is a little tired, the bathrooms are a bit scruffy with chipped tiles and the carpets are past their best.

The pool was closed! This is misrepresentation! There was no microwave or coffee maker in my room. This is false advertising!

Great location.

Staff was kind but offered the least possible assistance. They offered “hot”water in the lobby which was as luke warm. I asked if they had hot water and told me to go next door (small office with the lights off)to use the microwave. There is 1 microwave available for the entire hotel. Parking is extra. TV stopped working in the morning before our check out time. No hand soap in the sink. Had to go in the shower to use the soap attached to the shower wall every time we need to wash our hands.
