SFO El Rancho Inn SureStay Collection by Best Western

Place was easy to find and staff were pleasant.

They wanted to charge 15 dollars extra for parking, its a motel with lots of parking spaces. When I complained about not knowing about 15 dollars more, they took it off the bill. The staff was very nice about it. But any extra fees should start while booking so total price is known. The room was clean but carpet smelled a bit and had stains.

I was dissapointed as I have always liked this hotel and have stayed here more than 10 times over the last few years, its location is great for the airport and it has always been good, the staff are very friendly and check in and ordering a taxi is never an issue.

Ithe room smelled damp, the fridge did not work, there was no coffee machine (I was told they are by request only now) the carpet was very dirty.

Breakfast was delicious. But there was no fruit.

Beakfast was pretty good and nicely served. Location had lots of good places to eat nearby.

PRICE was extremely high for the condition of the rooms. The rooms had old stained carpets. The rooms had smelled like smoke and the room fridge was broken as well.
