The hotel is superb..more like a boutique hotel. Nothing was too much trouble ...extra pillows on request as well as a fan and hairdryer.. One night we stayed at family and I got a text from the hotel asking if I was OK....so impressed..the hotel is so great ...lovely and comfy.. Good location..fabulous staff..Nice breakfast and most of all its spotless

There is nothing not to like about the hotel therefore I hate to say and I hasten to add its not the hotels fault but the parking is horrendous..but there is a car park around the back at approx £16 per stay overnight as its private If your lucky enough to find blue parking in the street its free overnight and 1 euro for 2 hours in the morning starting from 9am till 11am.. White parking is free all day.. The area is very residential hence 70 % of the area is for residents only

The Rosabel has nothing in the way of pools etc but that and more is available at the sister hotel across the street. It is ideal as a base for accessing Benidorm old town and beyond. It is spotlessly clean modern and well maintained. The breakfast room was excellent as was the inclusive breakfast.

Daily Cleaning and the sympathy staff

I have to point 2 things, the quality of the mattress and the air conditioning. The bedroom was nice but the quality of the mattresses were poor.... really poor. In my bedroom with double beds, one of them was hard and the other was soft in the middle .... Regarding the air conditioning, I booked this hotel because was one of the ones with air conditioning working/available/turned on in May, but when I arrived there... The air conditioning was not activated, it will only be activated since the middle of May ( info not provided during the booking ) In sum ... to sleep I had to open the balcony door and the window during the night to cool the room. However the staff was nice offering a portable ( full of rust and dust ). I never used.

I have stayed before love it brilliant staff and absolutely spotless 👍. Location is brilliant..Well done to you .The only thing it's not crucial but would have loved a fridge in the room .....Would stay again tho 😎

Big beds, big bathroom, very clean and comfortable.

A kettle would be an advantage but just a suggestion as it did not spoil our stay.
