SureStay Hotel by Best Western Hollister

The location is off the highway so it is easy to get to. The downside is also the location and how you have to go around the block in order to get into the location as the center median blocks any left turn into the said property. It would be a great location if the center median can be open to allow vehicles to turn into the property.

The location and that's really it. Breakfast is standard and nothing special. The staff keeps the breakfast area very clean. Checking in and out isn't difficult although it could improve if they wanted vehicle information for parking. Not sure why they need security deposit when checking in.

Price was appropriate for this motel. Adequate but not great breakfast was included.

Property is charging more than Booking price. An extra one hour stay would cost $50.00!

Motel with exterior halls and stairs on outskirts of town. Room was clean, but there were stains on the bottom of the tub. I did not feel completely safe with the exterior access to the room. However, our stay was fine, and we had no problems. If you are looking for clean and basic, this is it.

Room was musty. Very dated. Poor lighting. Crummy desk chair. Lumpy mattress. Pilling sheets. Cold pool (seemed over-chlorinated)

Good location, helpful staff, clean and quiet.

Internet was too slow. Download speed less than 1 Mbps. I asked to fix this several times but they ignored. TV is also is not Smart TV, very old one. There was no door between bedroom and bathroom. It's not convenient.
