It smelled like sewer, the sink was plugged and had to ask twice to unplug it but they never did. Had to ask for new towel and for them to empty the trash as they never came in. Stayed 3 nights

"Long night"

We got there pretty late after a day of traveling and when I got into my room to take a shower and relax, I realized the hot water did not work. So I couldn’t take a shower and then we had an emergency and upon coming back to our hotel room we discovered we accidentally got locked out of room and we tried to call the front desk (like noted on the front door if after hours) and got no answer. Thankfully we had friends staying close by or else we would have had to sleep in our vehicle.

Breakfast was terrible. The outside of the motel needs a lot of work. If we had seen it before booking we wouldn’t have stayed there.

We had an amazing stay in the double room! Way better then what i thought it would be. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The big refrigerator was a major plus—plenty of space for food and drinks. The hotel has a great location right off the main road, with local attractions and restaurants just minutes away. Super convenient and comfortable!

"We visit Branson around 5 times per year - WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN."

Beds were comfortable, A/C was cool, Kitchenette was handy. Lots of space in the queen / king combination room. Plenty of towels.

Bathroom toilet appeared to have not been cleaned. There was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Couldn't call the front desk from the room - phone just gave a busy signal. Shower head had little pressure - it was adjustable, but appeared to be leaking. We ran out of hot water before all 3 of us had our showers.

"I will choose another hotel next time"

Card to enter breakfast area did not work. Went to office and they said go back and try again. STILL DID NOT WORK! Raining going back and forth got soaked! Gave up trying. TV did not work!!
