Inn at San Luis Obispo

Just don’t. What a waste of money. The window wouldn’t close and the handle for the window was broken off. The outlet near the bed didn’t work, (no C-pap) and the outlet cover was laying on the floor. Our fridge sounded like there was a dead bird trying to get out, so we had to unplug it. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30am and we said “we are in here, don’t come in”, It was totally unacceptable that 5 minutes later someone with a key opened our door and barged in during a very awkward moment. When we spoke to the staff member at the front desk (the very very rude desk mgr) said it’s our fault because we didn’t put a do not disturb sign on our door and he also told me that someone checked out of our room and When I mentioned the disgusting stains on the carpet he said “everyone knows that’s just from a leak, it’s not a big deal”. When I mentioned the broken window he just shrugged his shoulders and said, “we are all booked up and can’t fix these things”. I don’t review a lot, but 🤮 this place sucks.
