The picture featured here looks nothing like our room. Our room looked like a dungeon. It was on the first floor toward the back hallway and literally faced a concrete wall as your view from 2/3 of the room if you look directly out, they were tiny, thin windows where you could see a parking lot. I actually can’t believe I didn’t ask to switch rooms now that I’m looking at the pictures but honestly, I was so tired from a flight from New Jersey and getting in to see my daughter that I just stayed quiet but honestly, it only got worse from there. The breakfast was like cafeteria or jail food. I’m not sure which, I’ve only had cafeteria food, but it was bad cafeteria food. The woman cleaning up in the cafeteria was nice enough, but she couldn’t hide the fact that the eggs were powder, the muffins were stale, and the croissants were grocery bought from a few days ago. I honestly can’t believe I spent $700 for two nights in this hell hole and you know, no one at any point asked us how our stay was or if we needed anything so it just wasn’t even worth it because the staff didn’t care how our experience was. That goes down to when we checked out no one said how was your stay and no one said thank you. Just to be clear the last name on this reservation is DiCuffa because I don’t want to hide behind a hideous review. The only reason I’m not giving it onestar is because of a nice woman who cleaned up the Breakfast and the pool was the perfect temperature water but I am being very generous here it’s more like a 1 1/2 star hotel. Highway robbery is the best way I can explain this experience. I’ve stayed in $99 hotel hotels that were far superior.
