Location to the beach and boardwalk

Although clean when first walking in room smelled like a whole bottle of pinesol had been used. Room needed to be aired out the smell of cleaning solution was overwhelming

within walking distance to Boardwalk.

The stay was unfortunately disappointing due to excessive noise. The guests next door were very loud—I could clearly hear their conversations until around 3 AM, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there was a lot of noise from above as well, with constant footsteps that carried through the ceiling. Overall, the lack of soundproofing made for an uncomfortable experience.

I liked how close everything was since it was within walking distance. Sid and Rupal were kind, helpful and welcoming. They assisted with what they could, somewhat prompt with addressing issues. Balcony was a plus and the initial door ensured more security since you need a card. Fridge is a nice size. Ac unit works great, didn’t test the heater. The room is well lit and blackout curtains worked great.

There’s a small dog size door that has no ability to lock it which raised concerns (on the balcony). We came to the hotel around 8pm (check in time is at 3pm) and had things to do so we didn’t take the time to throughly look about cleanliness by the time we came back to our room. When I come to a hotel, I have an expectation that our room is clean (which should be normal standards). Next morning, found a spot of blood near the head rest area after moving the pillows (it was under the pillows) and was very upset by this. As a reasonable person would do, I made sure that my partner and I weren’t the reason blood was left due to us and I saw no evidence that would lead it to being us. Otherwise, I would’ve acknowledged that it was our fault. I brought this attention to Rupal and Sid a little early as the office wasn’t open but there was a doorbell. They said that they aren’t open until 10 (I addressed this almost/around 9 in the morning) and was informed they wouldn’t wash it and investigate it when I get back. I told them I’ll be gone for a couple hours because I had things to do and wouldn’t have service in the meantime. I gave them permission to change our bed (however I’m not certain that truly happened since I wasn’t there for it). I noticed there was a comfy cover over both of our beds instead of the infected one and they restocked the soap, towels, and shampoo/conditioner which was pleasant but still was upsetting to find we slept in someone else’s blood. Sid passively expressed that their housekeepers always make sure it’s clean and they are new rooms so it’s not possible, and indirectly said it was us. I told him that if it was our blood it would’ve been wet and not dry, especially since it was also on the mattress too. I offered to show him a picture and he denied. However, my explanation was disregarded. Sid reiterated a few times to me that it couldn’t be them and that it wasn’t possible.

Nice location Had a fridge and a microwave.

Like mentioned in other reviews, walls are thin you can hear other guests but it didn’t bother me.

The location was within walking distance of the boardwalk and a short drive to the mystery spot.

It didn't have a pool. But its just a short walk to the beach
