The people at the front desk were very nice

This facility was very nice and comfortable. You can see the care that is put into the cleanliness of the room and even the outside such as the grass, flowers and pool. It is also quiet which was a nice addition to relaxation . They are also pet friendly! 8/9 mins away from the Charles Shultz Museum and downtown. About 30 mins from the Armstrong redwoods

The staff was great, very friendly and welcoming. The room layout was ideal for our family. Having a separate bedroom was a lifesaver with two little ones. The garden aesthetic was so charming, and we were delighted by visits from the resident black cat, who was as sweet as could be. It added such a cozy, magical touch to our stay. The café breakfast was also a highlight, delicious and the perfect start to each morning!

The room was a bit dated, kind of reminded me of an older roadside motel. It had an unpleasant odor, and we were startled to see a cockroach crawling up the wall as we first walked in, but thankfully it was the only one we encountered during our stay. Unfortunately, the beds & pillows were not comfortable at all, which made it quite difficult to get a good night's rest. Could definitely use an upgrade considering what you pay to stay.

The size and the cleanliness of the room was very nice. We also liked the landscaping on the property and the outside was well kept. The lady who served us at breakfast and the lady who checked us in were very friendly.

The screen door needs to be repaired in room 112. There was some rips by the handle.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Safe.

Pet friendly. Has a fenced area for dog walking. Offered dog biscuit.
