We normally have a great experience here, and have stayed here many many times over the years when visiting the area. The value is always excellent for what you get. Rooms have always been clean, and the front desk staff is always friendly. I will be sure to check that there is a security latch in the future so that housekeeping is not able to walk in unannounced before checkout time or at least make sure we are fully dressed by 9 if not.

Last time, the toilet in our room was broken and this time there was only a regular lock, no security latch on our room which made for an awkward experience when housekeeping opened the door without warning at 9:30AM. Check out is at 11, but they will just walk in without notice anywhere starting from 9 up until 11. That wouldn't be a problem if the room had a security latch, and all previous rooms we've had here have had one.

This is always my favorite spot, stay there all the time. Overall good place.

It was close to where we had to be for work

The rooms are rented out by the week or month. I'm not sure but there was a lot of drug use going on in rooms around us. Try to get ahold of somebody there after we left to get our last 2 days taken off and nobody would know, answer the phone or the door Sent a email and still have not heard from anyone. We do need those last two days.Reimbursed.

The toilet wouldn't flush very unsanitary I would like a refund or something my daughter called them for her room they showed up stood in the bathroom and walked out and said it's fixed I had to use the ice bucket to pour water in to get it to was down

To begin with I made the reservation online for a king for what I thought was the same night. When I checked in I was advised because it was after midnight (2 am) when I made the reservation the Expedia website made it for the next night. There was no king room available and I had to pay $15 more for 2 queen beds. For what the reservation ended up costing we couldve stayed at a nicer facility. Being so late I was too tired to argue. I did argue the request to pay for an additional night. I told the clerk he could collect from Expedia for the night. We tried to sleep in a little bit the next morning and there were people living there with a barking dog. Upon us leaving there was an unsightly woman walking the dog. Talked and talked to me about nothing until I finally had to be rude and walk off from her. The bed was hard as a board. No in room coffee. No tissues on the holder.
