Both ice machines broken, every trash can was was over flowing, worst mattress, dirty carpets,

The place was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, one almost empty roll of toilet paper, the TV remote did not work no one showed up to fix it. There was garbage on the walkways, broken furniture by the stairs.

Pay more money for a decent place. DO NOT stay here. AC unit kept rattling on and off, kept me up all night. Then I could not get any hot water out of the tub faucet. Literally no water came out at all when you turn the hot water handle to the left or the right as many times as you could. Plenty of cold water for a cold shower though. Toilet didn't flush. The day time front desk attendant was rude. He just looked at me when I came in, didn't get up, didn't even say "hello " let alone "Hi! How can I help you?" I then told him of the no hot water at all issue and the toilet not flushing and the rattling AC unit that kept me up all night. He just said "oh." Terrible customer service. Don't keep any valuables in your car. Was very worried about my car getting broken into.

This is the very most filthy room I have ever stayed in. Would never even think of going back

The DIRTIEST hotel in Grand Junction. We got to the hotel around 930 pm, had to wait for someone to check us in, after we called a cell phone number belonging to the front desk lady who was walking her dog. As I entered the lobby the smell of MARIJUANA was overwhelming. We got our key card and went to our room, the room was filthy,bedding was filthy ( body fluids and black marks), we stripped the covers off the beds. bathroom was filthy,( I have pictures) , stains on the carpet, Tried to get the TV to work, it did not, called the office She said someone in maintenance would come up. We waited approximately 30 minutes, called the lobby again asking to be put in another room she said to come down to the front desk, when my husband got there the "owner" told him " DONT LIKE IT, YOU CAN LEAVE" As we were getting ready to leave, the front desk lady and "owner" came into tbe room WITHOUT knocking i tried to show them the issues and all they said was they were not in charge of how the rooms looked, if not them, then who? We left and went to another property. As we were leaving I spoke to the owner when I turned in my key , and ask for my points to be put back on my account, he told me that because we checked into the room, he would not be returning my points. If this is a Corporate site it needs a LOT of work, if this is a Franchise, Wyndham Corporation needs to release them from their DAYS INN /WYNDHAM contract because they are giving the corporation a really bad name.

They started pounding on door at 10 am to get us out. Checkout is 11 am. The mattress had blood, garbage under the bed, pillows stained, blood stains on mattress, drain was horrible and a fork coming out of the drain, garbage under the bed, chair that was falling apart, filthy. I would like my money back Days Inn had a good reputation normally, but this was horrible. I have more photos. Please refund me for this!
