Days Inn and Booking dot com needs to figure out how to communicate. I paid booking dot com and was denied a room by day inn unless I paid again. Booking dot com and days inn at 901 university college station both blamed each other and were no help. I tried for 3 day before my stay to make sure this went off couldn't get it done. We were in town for my daughter's college graduation and our time frames were extremely tight. Day inn and booking dot com have zero concern about people's situations and have zero support for customers. They sure no how to turn celebrations into S*$T show.

Location

1st room tv remote didn't work and no maintenence man avaliable to fix. Had to repack clothes, go all the way to front desk to get new room key. 2nd room tv didn't get all channels till tv antenna was tightened. No breakfast provided in morning. Bed was lumpy. Had to ask for more towels. No hand soap at bathroom sink. Then I found out it's not going to be a Days Inn after this month!!!!
