Where do I start paid for a ocean front efficiency room didn't even have a spoon went to front Desk where is miss personality is at asked her about it was told I have to tell them I want dishes etc. We'll did I not ask for a efficiency room when I booked it OK how I'm here never did get a dish.(2) when checked in we got wristbands for pool didn't have to wear them but have them to show if needed one we come up from beach a homeless man asleep in chair he left when he noticed us then on another day 3cars park on beach a come up to pool to swim (no guest would park there car on beach to swim in pool if they were a hotel guest).(3) we had 2 rooms my son had 1 and we had another but the people on the bottom room oceanfront smoked weed constantly they would even put a towel by their room door thinking you wouldn't be able to smell it thankfully for the ocean breeze my son not so lucky he was the room above them .(4) they have pool towels supposedly available for guest put you usually had to go to front Desk to get them but on one day I go to Desk miss personality at Desk I ask for towels I was told they have none ok I'm thinking their washing them but then there is hardly any guest here at no time where there more then 20 cars in lot at night so I'm thinking what are you going to do when p,ace is booked but about 2 hours later my husband go to ask about towels miss personality tells him they don't have any he tells her he needs bath towels then she gave them to him.(5) may have been day 2 or 3 we had no water for hours there was no more than 10 guest you would think they would have said we have water at Desk for your convenience and maybe free breakfast vouchers something but I'll forgive that one pipes do break (6) the BIG ONE last day before we head home plan relax at beach and pool nice dinner then ocean and pool what did we get a DJ that played music that was so inappropriate that there was literally 4 people at the pool people with kids coming up from beach hearing mother fers and how I'm going to screw my b not just 1 song like that but we stayed for about 45minutes and the newlyweds stayed every song was like that people where taking kids inside not in pool and closing balcony doors when we were going in a man and his wife were coming out my husband said coming out for the concert man said NO .So it's morning we our checking out and we tell the lady about music and she said oh my I will let her manager know but where was the management on duty everyday I know miss personality was useless and she seemed to be there more than anyone in fact the lady who checked us out was the only person we saw other than miss personality but one more funny thing while we where talking to lady about dj another lady from Tennessee came in and wanted to see manager about miss personality too she was more pissed than me lol.We stayed May 10 to the 17th 2026 rooms 201 and 204 also called best Western complaint line talked to 3 different people they sent 3 notifications to auki tiki manager no reply I called hotel myself was told they will put a note in her mailbox next step is BBB and Attorney Generals office a simple call would have been nice maybe a refund of one night but I don't like being put off its now a principal thing she has til Monday.

The location

They charged for parking this year, but did not charge parking last year when I stayed here. I stepped on a screw on the pool deck. The garbage was overflowing in the parking lot, due to it being extremely windy, garbage was flying around. I stayed 9 nights, after the 5th night, they quit cleaning our room. We had to get towels and toilet paper on our own. There were two ice machines, that did not work, I was able to get ice twice. The manager is so unprofessional and a liar. This was my second time staying here and will be the last.
