Nothing at all this is the worst hotel I have stayed at

They didn’t except my service animals and they kept my deposit

The building exterior, the pool.

ISSUE #1) The arrived at 2AM and, due to an error on the hotel's end, they did not find my reservation. Basically they did not even try to look a bit further. But that was not the issue, the issue was how unpulite, what a lack of empathy for my situation. I would say the person was even unaware that her manners were ruse. I would say "total ignorance of basic customer services. Fortunately, booking.com has an excellent customer services and they were able to help. Thanks to booking.com, the hotel person realized it was a mistake on their end. ISSU#2) The air conditioning made more noise than a small car.

Nice property if you’re looking for affordability. Clean staff was nice.

Clean room and always quiet. Husband stays here for work and it's always a pleasant experience when coming to see him here.

The staff was very friendly! The lobby was decorated so cute for Fall. It smelled amazing!! The room was exceptionally clean!!

Everything was stellar

Everything was great. We stayed for 2 nights. In 2022, we stayed a few nights then. This is why we went back.

The property and room were clean and well-kept. The staff was wonderful. There were a lot of neat things in the area.

The reservations were made by looking at the images on line. The photos were a good representation of the Hotel. Even though it was an older hotel, it had been kept up well. Exterior was good, cameras for safety, clean parking area, updated locks on doors, rooms were clean. Beds were excellent and slept well. Rooms smelled clean and AC worked well. Continental breakfast was good.
