The location

Our room is filthy. They never sent anyone down to clean it. We’re supposed to change our room the next day to a handicapped clean room which they didn’t do tried to scam us for $87.02 for a third night that neither one of us asked for and then they denied it saying that they didn’t do it until we showed them on the phone from my bank notifying me so now we’re waiting on $87.02 to be returned and my $50 deposit. I will never ever stay there again and I will never refer it to anyone has to be the worst and most embarrassing stay but I’ve never had because I had my sister-in-law with me and it was a disgusting room. And icing on the cake was that the spa that they advertise they have was closed for the season. It’s the beginning of summer pretty close for the season. Terrible experience terrible

Room was filthy.Spa was “closed for the season”. Was promised they would send someone to clean our nasty room… that never happened! Was promised a room change to a clean handicap room because the handicap rooms were all taken our first night. Never received the room change. No one came the next day to clean either. Then they tryed to scam me for $87.02 at 12:01 am… for a third night that I did not ask for…. Front desk tried to say it didn’t happen till I told them I got a notice from my bank that they took it. Waiting now for my $50.00 deposit to I be returned and the $87.02 they tried to steal from me. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE.

Meu desejo era dar nota 10 novamente como fiz em outras vezes. Porém a limpeza dessa vez estava muito ruim. Banheira com água empoçada, sabonete de hóspede anterior, toalhas com pequenas manchas. Porta do banheiro também tinha algum remendo ou coisa estranha. Por isso estou dando nota 7 e não 10 como da última vez. Além disso a TV não sintonizava nenhum canal. Como eu não uso, não me incomodou, mas precisa melhorar para os próximos hóspedes.

Property was clean & quiet.

My only issue was i booked for the wrong day & front desk would not change it for me even after booking asked them to as a courtesy. Instead he charged me $50 for an early check in fee at 6 am just to checking out at 11am. So it cost me $130 for a 5 hr stay & a deposit. My family owns major hotels and never would we not try to work with the customer. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.

The Beds Were Comfy The Pool was Good The Breakfast Was good .. The Staff Was Great The Scenery Was Hott And Tempting The Other Guests... I Always Stay There When I Come Home on Vacation...

My Mirror Was Busted The Tv Had A Line Through It The Air Conditioner Worked When It Wanted The Fridge Didn't Have Drink Holders I Was In Room 136 Left This morning

They charge extra 50 for security deposit it’s been a week I haven’t received back so that’s making me mad and negative about this place

I absolutely did not like anything about this property

I can't even begin to start to say what I did not like about with this property. Everything from the rooms to the staff was absolutely horrible. Absolute nightmare scenario
