"Worst experience ever!"

Cheaper than other places

Our 1st night we were put in a room that the TV didnt work properly and worst of all when we went to take a shower there was only hot water. NO COLD WATER! We went to the front desk to ask for another room and they said they were completely booked (even thought the 2 rooms next to us we empty ALL NIGHT) SO WE HAD TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOM! We asked about either a refund for the 1st night or some form of compensation. I mean we stay there all of the time. We were told he would see what he could do. I think he is the owner though. The next morning we check out of the terrible room then we're told to come back in 3 HOURS! THAT IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR! Again we asked about a refund and we're told we will see. Everything was ok with this room. When we checked out we were told we were not getting a refund or discount because we did it through booking.com. I was so angry! Even though this place is convenient, we will not be staying here again! I do not recommend this place at all!

Its cheap and close to where I live

This hotel is never the cleanest. Sometimes the take a deposit Sometimes they dont. The doors in rooms dont close properly. Their breakfast sucks.

"Outdated, dirty and cheap; you get what you pay for."

The location was great. Right by I-75.

The pictures that were posted on booking.com were not what we got. The pool area needed to be cleaned and maintained. Our rooms were outdated and didn’t look anything like the pictures. The carpet was torn in spots, there was a little gap between the door and frame when it closed. And it wasn’t a huge deal but one of the beds didn’t have the comforter and my kids had to use just the sheet for a blanket. If you’re just using this location as a place to rest for one night, then it will do just fine. But don’t plan on a long weekend getaway with the family. Do yourself a favor, and drive up the road and find something better.

The value was great. Bed was ok. Water was hot. TV channels were definitely different but we found something to watch. Tub needs replaced and other things need touch up but it was worth the value. Breakfast was a huge let down.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. They left us with a 1/4 roll of tp and nothing ti replace the one with.
