The location was great the staff at the front desk was great

Ac was dirty so was behind the TV and dressers the sheets weren't clean

The bath tub water piece almost off the wall & ran out of king rooms but do kno reservation my room

Had to call for pillows because there were only 3 on a king bed for 2 people. TV was difficult to navigate due to the age of it

Absolutely nothing. Horrible horrible horrible. I booked this place through booking.com with completely different images than what in reality the place looks like. It’s deplorable especially if you have small children. I walked out didn’t keep my reservation and no one wants to refund my money. It’s smells like cigarettes, the rooms are filthy and the outside is dirty. People smoking weed on milk cartons outside the rooms and the person in the check in area said it’s an old building and they try their best to keep up with the place. In my mind this place needs to be shut down.

It’s deplorable. Not in living conditions at all especially with a family with small children.
