Metal foot boards that mattress sits on. Couldn't help kicking it with your feet.

Disliked that the hotel says two queens beds and they are not queens they are full too small for two people. Not a big problem but low noise all night

Only stayed here because we (and multiple other guests) had evacuated from a wildfire. The desk staff was friendly but the rooms are dimly lit and worn looking. There is no elevator to the second floor, there are no coffeemakers in the rooms, and the WiFi connection was slow to the point of being unusable. We were grateful to find a place for the night given the circumstances, but would not choose to stay again.

This hotel needs to review its lighting design. In my room I had one switch which lit up two very bright white ceiling lights. That was it. No lights by the bed, no lamps, no ability to modulate the light. We who stay in motels often use the bed as the main piece of furniture. That's where lights should focus. Plus they did not have coffee!!!
