"There is cockroaches in the bedroom"

The staff was friendly

There was cockroaches in the bedroom. When I called the front office to express my concern and the fact that there’s cockroaches, they did try to be pleasant, but they did not accommodate my needs or address my complaint

My room was large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The AC worked great, and cooled the room down quickly. I found the staff friendly. The location was convenient to my work location that day.
