Best Western Carmel's Town House Lodge

Last minute Saturday night hotel. Nice staff, OK plain small room with little bathroom. In high end Carmel this will be reasonable price and feel expensive for what you get. On second floor is a nice outdoor seating.

It was as described. The breakfast could offer more vegan options.

I enjoyed the location. It was in the Carmel Village. Super walkable and safe. Definitely super nice. It was comfortable. Nice room size and big bed. Tight squeeze for the bathroom but still cozy.

No ac. Even thought it’s cold outside it got warm in our room. Our room faced the street on the first floor so leaving the window open wasn’t the best option. Also was only given one tiny shampoo bottle and three tiny conditioner bottles for two people.

Very friendly staff running the hotel. We were there for two nights. Did not get housekeeping after the first night.

The front end manager was super nice and very helpful. The room was ok, definitely nothing fancy. It was clean and well kept. The walls are paper thin and I woke up to a lady shouting German to her iPhone during a parking lot speaker phone call home. The bed and pillows are absolutely terrible. The most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on. Overall, it was ok for the price.

No a/c and confusion over where the booking was made...here or directly with property. Had to leave early due to illness of one of our party and cant figure out who needs to give us the refund.

The location is good, but the rooms are a bit dated. the pool area could do with a refurb. But for the location the price was ok. the room was an ok size and it had a fridge. the hotel by the pool is overlooked by another hotel and that was noisy. however for staying in Carmel it is a good option.
