The room was horrible, it had bugs , the sink was filthy with an ugly patch, the bathroom door doesn’t close it hits the door jam.

the hotel ran out of hot water for over 24 hours. THE PILLOWS ARE HORRENDOUS. GET BIGGER PILLOWS MY GOD. WHO THE HECK CAN SLEEP W/ THOSE DAM LITTLE PILLOWS. B/C OF YOUR PILLOWS I WILL SHY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Normally we 're always stay at the big hotel chains like Marriott, Hilton, IHG . But this time it's only 1 night so I tried a small hotel like this in the first time. With the money that I paid , it kinds of very affordable, comparing in the big city likes Houston , so I don't expect much and blame much on them. You got what you paid .

The hotel is OK , very clean but the first time I just come in , the unpleasant smell around the lobby and hallway , even in the room . It's lucky when I brought a room spray with me, so couple sprays could help a lot . On the room they provide most the needs like ironing and board, shampoo and conditioner , but it's weird when no hair dryer . At lately night and lazy so I had to go to bed with wet hair . In the morning , my husband had to go down to check in counter to borrow the hair dryer . I think some hotels can be lack of iron but 99% hotel provide hair dryer for guests, because that's the essential thing most the guests need , whorever male or female .

El desayuno, tenían huevos cocidos. Pero cumplen con el café, jugo y cereal en fin. Solo como experiencia
