Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington

Our room was loaded with bugs: airwigs, ants, even a caterpillar! We were up half the night fending them off! They were crawling everywhere: bathroom, beds, walls. Everything was so dusty and dirty, the rug was gross. Very dirty place

Just stayed one night, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The upgrade was a bonus. The only downfall was that we were on the end unit by the road and the traffic was a little noisy at night.

Have stayed at this hotel each summer for at least the last ten years while visiting friends in Rutland. The experience is always first rate. The rooms are clean, comfortable and properly furnished, everything works the way it is supposed to, a very nice free breakfast buffet with hot options is standard and best of all the staff is professional, friendly and accomodating. As an example on my last trip I needed an early check in. When I called the day before the response was while we can't give a 100% guarantee but we'll do our very best, and likely can - and they did! As a bonus the property is attractive with the units in several different buildings on landscaped grounds.

Jessica is one of the best Best Western employees ever!! She is so curious and helpful. Always smiles. She upgraded our room for us, told us what was going on in the area and where to go out to eat. The rooms are beautiful here. Love it! Thank you.

Wonderful hotel in Rutland. Very comfortable beds and the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Lisa and Stella were very helpful. Good hot breakfast. Wonderful feel to the place. Highly recommended.

Quiet friendly. Room was very comfortable and a nice size. Spread out buildings with lots of room. Jessica at the front desk made sure there were fresh cookies at check in. Will definitely stay here again

As part of a Northeast road trip, I spent one night in Rutland, VT. The town is small with limited hotel options. The Best Western is away from the freeway in a quiet neighborhood. Rather, than the traditional Best Westerns it was actually seven buildings. I was given building seven in back and never heard a thing. PROS: 1. Location, very quiet and peaceful. 2. Reasonable rate compared to the other hotels in town. 3. Free parking, free internet. CONS: 1. A bit away from restaurants but there was an Applebee's's nearby. 2. The breakfast was very basic, nothing special. 3. I do not believe this location has a pool or fitness center. Cheers! Marius

I made a great decision when traveling around the Killington area.

My family and I traveled to VT for a wedding. Stephen at the front desk was very welcoming and gave my family and I an upgraded room to a suit, which was very nice and appreciated with a 3 year old. Breakfast is complementary and was delicious! Tammy, the breakfast attendant was doing a great job keeping up with multiple people and keeping our food hot and refreshed. The best waffles I’ve had! Thank you all so much!

The Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington is what you would expect from a Best Western. The facility is a bit dated but otherwise fine and good value for the reasonable price, although some of the rooms, but not all, are very dark. What makes the stay worth it is the friendly staff. They are all just great and will go out of their way for you. I think the staff really made up for the dated buildings. There are no luxuries here, but the hotel is next to The Rocking Horse, a great place to shop for local goodies. Overall it's a friendly and clean hotel for a pleasant stay,
