Shower was plugged, a/c unit was filthy, microwave was broke, freezer didn’t freeze and fridge barely kept things cold. Shower rod is Bent and broke, foreign substance on head board of bed, hand prints on the wall near bed head board, bathroom ventilation was unexceptionably dirty with dust and debris, you could clearly view the going bathroom which is a security issue, high level of humidity, people doing drugs in the back parking lot, room extremely covered in dust and lint-lights picture frames exct.

The location was fine, I picked it due to location as I knew where it was. Also the price I THOUGHT I was paying was OK, but I was charged $189, which was NOT.

The breakfast was sub par. Coffee was cold, grounds in it, juice/water dispenser broken. Meh! The room smelled like bug spray. The bedside light fixtures had a lot of dust on it. Just didn't feel very clean overall. Was told there was no fixing the overprice, or option to cancel,so I just paid it, but was NOT happy. Especially when I saw what I paid for.

Uhm almost all of it. I don’t really say much, however, the room was very disappointing! It was so uncomfortably hot. The toilet continued to run. Once you opened the door it stayed open. The bathroom had huge cracks in the floor. The shower was hard and confusing to run. The beds and pillows were rock hard. It’s was so dirty under the beds.

No insulation in the wall by heater/airconditioner. Part of room cold other warm.

You get what you pay for. The area around seem to be safe and clean. The hotel was close to the university . Nice stafff....
