Aoria Estate Old Port

Central location with dozens of restaurants nearby, very close to the Venetian port. Room was clean and comfortable. Apt was quiet despite being very central. Communication with host was prompt. Daily cleaning service. Great coffee.

The kitchen/common area is not very inviting if you plan on cooking more than a quick meal. But not a problem for us as we always went out to eat. The apt is a good base for sightseeing, but not really a place just to hang out.

The hotel was in the perfect location to everything, no more than a few minutes walk until the Old Port or shopping. Check in was easy, the rooms were clean and spacious. Would come back!

A superb location in the Old City, tucked away and quiet. The ambience of the building was special and with attention to detail in the design of our room and also provision of consumables. The room was cleaned and tidied daily to a high standard.

The owner of the property was not always available for communication. Often did not even respond at all, on our last day there was no water at the property, he finally answered stating that the water had been shut down for the street for maintenance but once we left the restaurant next door was fully operational.

Ideal apartment and cleanliness for an extended stay in Chania. Central location in Chania with easy parking and near restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was very helpful throughout the stay. Would highly recommend this place!

The soundproofing and unsupervised check-in of other guests at night was not ideal. It disrupted our sleep.

Fantastic location for old venetian port of Chania. No sea views but an ENORMOUS bougainvillea plant from the balcony which was just as nice. Having two rooms (travelling with my mum) was super comfy for us to have space, I slept like a baby! AC is fab, beds are super comfy, lovely and clean. Just great. We stayed for three nights. There is no breakfast option, but you wouldn't want it anyway, because the cafes over looking the water/port are the best way to spend your morning anyway!

A little bit of noise from the stone staircase in the hall, when other guests come home, affected the bedroom nearest the door - but it's not a big issue, there is only 3 properties in the building, so once everyone is in, that's it! I personally use earplugs anyway, and with the AC hum, it's really no big deal.

This is on a small street in the most touristy part of Chania, but despite the crowds just a block away, the room was very quiet, cool and restful. It's a check yourself in situation with a code to open the street door and your key ready in a cubbyhole inside. The cleaning ladies were incredibly warm and friendly.

I really didn't like the throngs of tourists and the schlocky shops in this part of Chania. I didn't realize the location would be like that when I reserved.

The location and facilities were very good

There was a very bad smell of damp in our room

Such a gorgeous boutique hotel and it was right in the area we wanted. The beds were comfy and there was regular cleaning of our room. Our little balcony was perfect!

Nothing really, it was lovely.
