Best Western Plus Landing View Inn & Suites

The location was great. We were there for a dance competition that was at the convention center. So we were able to walk down there and back.

The noise. From able 7am to 11am there was so much noise from the house keeping staff, yes I know they have to clean and start early, but the cart wheels were so loud that you could not sleep through it. And I even had a sound machine!

Walking distance to main street to the shops

Getting around property was hard there is no flat ground to walk on

Staff was friendly.

Room was really snall. While it is in walking distance of downtown it’s a up hill hike not a gental hill.

Location

The facilities were out dated, room was not cleaned well, breakfast was filling but not tasteful, the pictures on the website should be updated to show the building and rooms how they are now.

Good location. Clean.

Air conditioner fan blew directly over the bed. We had to put towel over a chair to deflect some of the cold air.

The breakfast was great and my son loved the hot chocolate and the pool!

I thought the in-door pool was a little cold.
