The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The parking felt safe. We will definitely stay again.

It was ok, no complaints but overall an average place to stay. Breakfast is nothing special, packaged oatmeal and stuff like that.

Great breakfast options. Loved the cookies in the afternoon. Great location in downtown Branson and within walking distance of the convention center.

The location was good.

We had construction starting at 8am which sounded like a jackhammer was in our room. The only thing we asked when arriving was that the room was quiet. They were redoing rooms right next to us. The bathroom was redone, but the carpet was awful!

Because property was built on a hill it is difficult for seniors to navigate some of the areas. They have a beautiful pool, but it is only 3 feet deep so you really can’t swim in it and there’s no easy access for seniors to step down into it. The breakfast bar area is very nice and there is a verynice breakfast every morning. The town has a shuttle that stops right at the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are adequate, but small and somewhat dated. They have nice size refrigerators in the rooms.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel was older but very well maintained. Great location. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value!

Check in was easy. Close to shops and restaurants. Hotel room in desperate need of updates.
