The closeness to downtown

It had no shampoo or cream rinse, which I expected to be there. I understand this could have been an overbite by the cleaning staff, which is why I gave good ratings

The hillside was not the best but it was no problem.

Nice breakfast options. Size of room was Ok

Pool was closed which was NOT stated on booking.com, but was condescendingly told upon check in that it was. Had animal hair all over my sheet and had dirty spot (looked like maybe it had been hanging over a cart and git run over by the wheel.)
