"We couldn’t stay because of final straw, the gross bugs. My grandchildren were terrified."

Cockroaches and spiders and gnats in the room Weird smells in the hallway The vending machine didn’t work and they refused to refund all my money The hotel manager was exceptionally rude and told me that my grandchildren’s fear was insignificant when we spoke to him about the cockroaches My grandchildren were crying and refusing to go back in the room. The shredded stained curtains didn’t help I was too rattled by the situation that I didn’t think to take pictures of the bugs.

Location was good. Lots around to eat and shop.

Our bathroom was not cleaned. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom. The tub wasn’t clean and their was also hair on the walls of the shower.
