Workation Apartments - 24-7 Self-Checkin - Hotel Postigliun Sedrun

The automated check in system was workable and clear for me. Other people who came around the same time as I didn’t have as much luck. I ended up being their front desk staff and tried to help them out.

Please don’t promise stuff on booking websites or your invite email and not deliver. This is called fraud and is frowned upon. No washing machine that works (extension cord to dryer doesn’t reach outlet), no breakfast (Sundays are apparently holidays), no workable coffee system (no packaged coffee available), no soap or shampoo, the workstation is decent at best , etc.

• keine Waschmaschine • kein Balkon • Blick auf eine Hauptstrase statt Bergblick • kein Fernseher im Zimmer (in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung werden Zimmer u.a. mit Flachbild-TV beschrieben) • kein Skiraum vor Ort • das WLAN funktioniert nicht bzw. nur sehr sporadisch, was ein Arbeiten praktisch unmoeglich macht, obwohl die Unterkunft explizit als „Workation Apartments“ beworben wird • entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es kein Fruehstueck: das Hotelrestaurant ist geschlossen, ein Fruehstueck muss extern bei einer Baeckerei bestellt werden und kostet zusaetzlich ca. 15–20 CHF pro Person

Per un fraintendimento sulle modalità del check in non ho soggiornato nella struttura. Però Lukas si è dimostrato una persona molto seria nel gestire le mie comunicazioni successive e quindi merita un feedback positivo.

The room was marvelous! Wood furniture, nice bathroom, nice curtains windows and nice balcony, impecable beding. The room was warm and the light provided by the big lamp created a warm and cosy atmosfere.

The entrance would have been terrific with someone at the reception, and at the restaurant.
