Todo estivo genial, la ubicación, el trato personalizado de la recepcionista todo el tiempo, el conductor que te lleva al hotel en alianza para el desayuno. Todo estuvo maravilloso.

No sirve el agua caliente , martillazos en la noche, desayuno lejos del hotel y adentro del nixtamal del agua el desayuno tardaron mucho en atender aunk el personal muy amable

Mi estancia en Ontico Urban Hotel fue muy buena. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son cómodas y todo se mantiene muy limpio, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estadía, y el ambiente del lugar se siente moderno y acogedor.

Lo único que no me encantó fue que en dos ocasiones de la semana me trasladaron a otro hotel para el desayuno; hubiera preferido poder disfrutarlo directamente en Ontico. Aun así, es un lugar que recomendaría sin duda por su comodidad y ubicación.
