"Room was dirty & staff was rude"

So as I checked in the man at the front desk said “ I hope you don’t plan on having guests we don’t allow guests” Had the worst experience ever. Room was dirty, told front desk they told me room was clean & wouldn’t do anything about it, jacuzzi was very dirty even showed him all the hair that was in there & he didn’t care. I paid extra for a jacuzzi I couldn’t even use. I’m very disappointed Also shower drain barley working water pulling up real bad, water up to my ankles. Will never book again.

"Comfy stay"

Clean, easy to find, large rooms

Marked as having cribs but the whole hotel, as large as it is, only has TWO cribs, they gave us a wagon for my 2 year old to sleep in… which obviously didn’t work.

Breakfast was good and the hardwood floors are a plus in the rooms. Feels cleaner.

Front staff could've been a bit more friendly. Also when checking out the manager at the desk was not there for a bit which was odd, but okay!
