"Right off the highway and affordable"

It was in a very convenient location. If was affordable and had a pool. Pool was clean.

Staff took forever to come down to check in. Rooms missing things. No towels at pool.

"Lack of clean towels"

Constantly had to request clean towels for our 5 night stay. Then we would have to go to laundry room to get them. Very few staff members spoke English.

The property was clean but they use bleach to clean and the smell was too strong. I complained and they asked me to open the window. Even after opening the window, the smell was very strong till the day after.

Using bleach in cleaning. They are short staffed and staff are not smiling or welcoming. One staff member is responsible for taking care of the front desk and prepare breakfast at the same time. That makes them so stressed and you can feel this in their reactions and responses
