Best Western Inn Santa Cruz

Bed was decent room was clean . The ac/heater unit worked properly.

The bath tub water would back up and there was a very slow drain. The tv signal was weak and tv remote didnt have a guide channel button to view all channels and select what to view.

Clean rooms, full breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, and great location to boardwalk.

Loved the location, super close to where we were going, but difficult to get in and out of.

Next to loud street, noise at all hours of the night

The staff was always very helpful and kind.

Breakfast was included and location is good

There was diarrhea on the bathroom seat and the shower water faucet was backwards and not very hot.

The service was extremely extremely poor. To start off, during the check in, the gentleman at the front basically threw us our cards and it wasn’t until I called him out, did he apologize. Then on our third day stay, all of the lights were off basically all morning and it wasn’t until we went down to the lobby

Staffs listen but failed to welcome cordially. Responds ok but cleaning lady can't speak English. Cleaning schedule also once in 3-4 days - Requested many times which is not convenient. Entering and Exiting premises very tight . Need sign clear. Noisy in the night and early morning.
