"Not the room I paid for"

Staff was courteous. Check-in was nice and quick.

I paid a higher price for a king suite with a pool view, instead I got a corner room with no windows. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with the outcome.

"Sink and bathroom full of small drain flies. Loved the pool but some strange guy with ankle monitor drinking beer in hot"

The pool area was great Female staff in lobby was helpful

Listed as downtown but it is almost 2 miles from downtown Young Indian staff in reception was inept and kept me waiting for over 22 minutes to check in, unwilling to give me a room key even though he acknowledged I had paid, asked to keep my credit card while he sorted out some internal issue. Highly inappropriate and unacceptable.
