Front office was really nice. Outside pool and jacuzzi opened for the season; and they called to let us know. Hot breakfast was included. Newport location was close to restaurants and I40, really convenient.

We had really noisy neighbors the first night.

"Quiet, convenient stay."

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Lots of breakfast choices.

Building is old motel style, with no interior hallways. Doesn't feel as safe as a hotel.
