"Cultural Competency Training Required"

Check-in with Jennifer was like stepping back in the 50's. This establishment needs cultural competency training. Moreover, for the price, I was surprised that this was a motel. I wish I would have listened to my wife and drove 17 miles to the next Best Western in Morristown, TN, which had better ratings.
