There were a lot of insects on the floor. I found a dead cockroach in my room. I requested to change my room but the guy at the reception answered it like this is not a matter at all. The stay was like hell!

"No breakfast no pool"

The room was clean

False advertising, they lied about having breakfast, and I chose this one over another ones because of breakfast. The swimming pool is also out of business. It is filled up with gravel or sand. The hotel is an a noisy place and you can hear all types of noises coming from inside the room itself too
