Very clean. Very nice people. Couldn't use our bathrooms overnight because we needed a plunger they didnt have available. Phone message alert flashed all night.

Very clean in lobby area room and breakfast area.

Breakfast needs to be better. Less carbs and more low fat protein. Why is there no microwave in breakfast area? Backdoor exit area was very dirty. Same trash there for several days.

Tv in our room was inoperable. Staff unable to help no manager on duty no tech on duty. Refused to give us a discount because manage would have to approve. Nothing they could do because we booked through a 3rd party company. Missed 2 football games and the morning weather and news.
