Gorgeous hotel with a modern, cosy design that fits with the Swiss alpine feel. We had an incredible view of the mountains from our room. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The spa was also very nice and well-equipped. The location is perfect for getting to all the main areas of the village.

I did not let this affect the rating because I don't know if this is the hotel's fault, but the main entrance to the hotel felt like a bit of a death trap. It's a staircase directly on a very busy road that is just before a bend where oncoming cars don't have much time to see you. So unless you cross the road very quickly, it can be very dangerous. There was no pedestrian crosswalk, or a sidewalk we could get to. Luckily, there was a back way we always took instead although it took a bit longer. I went on this trip with my mother who is quite slow, so I didn't want to risk it.

The team and the breakfast

Very charming wood cabinets with an amazing view of the mountains. Excellent chef and quality of the food and beverage. Great service. Very nice facilities: pool, bar, jacuzzi and garden.

We just had back luck because the water sprinkler was all night hitting the walls and roof of the cabin. It was impossible to sleep with the noise and we were not able to comunícate with anyone at the reception to turn it off. The hotel staff is very friendly and they apologize for it.
