Room was clean. Location is excellent. However, services provided at the price charged — and level of support — is otherwise. Check-in and room entry is done entirely by electronic code; no issues there. Website makes it clear that there is no parking, no gym, no room service (other than for an additional fee), and no elevator. Television does not provide local channels. Again, not a major issue, but we could get only the barest of the many offerings to load. Netflix was to be included. The password provided by staff did not work, nor did a staff member reset the password and inform us as was promised. Controls for heat and air conditioning are separate. One is a wall mount; the other is a remote that I did not notice next to the curtains until the second day. A booklet with instructions for the television, temperature control, and other amenities (to include information on the area) as provided in many other accommodations would go a long way toward helping those who stay at this property.

Great location perfect for a couple. Amenities were spot on. Would recommend it! Nice rooftop for outdoor space. Cleaning staff very nice and did a superb job. But the location location location was the best part of the stay. Easy access to the town.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect! The only negative was street noise early in the mornings. Overall, a good value and great to be right in the heart of things! Croissants were an extra win, as was the coffee maker and pods!

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Old Montreal. With the windows open, you can soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood, from lively bars to live music. Yet, once the windows are closed, the space becomes quiet and cozy, offering a peaceful, home-like retreat.

Easy check in process, and the rooms are so cozy and apartment style. Would definitely stay here again.

Super fantastic hidden Jen in old Montreal. Self check in was easy. The room was great. Super clean. Love the added touch of providing local toiletries. The hotel is so close to many popular attractions and lots of great restaurants and pubs close. Highly highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect- walking distance from everything we wanted- including the metro, old port etc. Also- very quiet as it is across the street from a government building with no weekend or eve Inc noise. Room was immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Thank you for all of your info and help too.

I love this little cozy place. I’ve also stayed at their other location. Both are clean, cozy, stylish and located in the heart of Old Montreal. And the morning croissants were definitely appreciated.

It was a wonderful place to stay. I think though if you have walking problems the stairs might be tough while carrying heavy suitcases. But the folks answering emails do remind us if we need help they can get help but to give them time to respond and get someone to help. My son and I had a great visit and made wonderful memories touring Montreal.
