For the price it exceeded any expectations. Fun decor. Like what they did. Breakfast wasn’t particularly great but at least offered some hot options. Enjoyed the room and facilities.

"Excellent Hotel for Zion Trip"

Very clean, comfortable and freshly updated/remodeled. I loved the room configuration, the pool and hot tub. Great value. Used this for a launch point to Zion NP. Parking was free and right outside the room. Breakfast was included and well done! Staff was friendly!

The remodeled rooms are big with room for you to spread out. A notable difference from new construction hotels. This is a motel, but for the price, no problem. You can hear through the walls, so take that into consideration if you are a light sleeper.

Did not like the air conditioner unit. There was no low setting and it blasted cold air on the bed. I had to put the chair in front of it and pile pillows to block the wind. The person behind the counter was very strange with his answers and was not the least bit helpful.
