Nothing

All of it - no working elevator and placed on the 3rd floor, new room had no working AC, 2nd new room had no working light in the bathroom, full breakfast that was included in price was not provided, rooms smelled like mildew, not enough towels for guests in room and denied more towels, key cards often not working on room and exterior doors.
