I don’t like the rate book.com charged when the hotel rate was actually 119 per night. Booking.com is price gouging

What breakfast? Only 1 coffee pot with old coffee in the lobby.

It was Father’s Day morning, I left with my wife to get breakfast. When we arrived back at the room 1 hour later our door was wide open and our room was broke down. No sheets on the bed to relax on. No towels or cloths to shower with. It was only 10 am! None of our stuff was taken. How does this happen? We did not check out yet! I spoke to the front desk immediately. I’ve called multiple times since we have left for David or whoever’s is charge. They are conveniently “always out”. I’ve tried resolving this but they just seem to ignore and deflect. If you plan on staying at this location, bring a do not disturb sign for your door. You will need it as they are not provided.

We did not like any of it. The room was in very poor condition. Moldy AC, leaking tub, the list is long. Dirty, dirty and even more dirty. This was the worst experience I have encountered.

Terribly dirty, surprised this place is allowed to operate. Not one employee reached out when I expressed my concerns. The health department should get involved for the health and well being of guests and employees
