"I want a refund."

Nothing was good the room was infested and smelled like mold.

Nothing it was a terrible experience and I had concerns for my health so I left before staying the night. Moldy stale smell felt sick being in the room for few hours. The front desk person admitted it was an overflow room that isn’t used or maintained. I would like to refund, I actually feared for my health.

Close to port

It’s a motel not a hotel. The staircase and halls are so disgusting with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The room just felt eerie. The art work on walls should be centered looks like someone just hung them wherever.

The location was good for what we needed

When I booked the room through you, it said parking was free while you went on a cruise if you stayed the night before. That is why we chose this room. I then followed up and called them to confirm that. When we arrived, they tried to charge us for parking while we were on the cruise. The room was supposed to have a refrigerator and it didn’t but they were good and moved us to a room that did.
