スタッフの方の対応がとても親切で良かった。 食事も大変満足できました。 夜景がとっても綺麗で、ゆっくり静かに眺める事が出来ました。

朝食が1時間で入れ替わり制なのが、残念な所 食事自体は、美味しいので、時間を過ぎてもゆっくり食べれるシステムだと良いと思う。

風呂に浮遊物が多く汚なかった 露天風呂で目の前に立って景色を見る人が多い 正面には立てない様に工夫して欲しい

但入住客人實在太多，故早餐時段會出現擠迫感覺；溫泉也是如此。

朝食のバイキングの種類が多くて、大満足でした。

人手不足のせいか、特に朝は、案内されるまでに、時間が掛かったり、待たされる事が有り、夕食の様に時間制にするなりしないと、テーブルの間隔が狭いので、傍を煩雑に通られると、非常にうっとうしいです。

Facilities were a little dated, but not at all dirty or grimy. The breakfast was wonderful and they even had locally sourced honey! The shuttle bus that took us from the station to the hotel arrived right on time although it was a little tricky to find so I had to call the front desk to ask them where exactly it was. Overall the location is quite and secluded, away from the hustle and bustle and crowds of the city. Nice place to spend with family for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature.

It would be great if they would let you choose what dinner course you wanted upon checking in, especially check in is at 3. I've been to many similar venues and types of places all around Japan (annual traveler to Japan) and this has always been the case. I was a bit surprised when I was told that since I did not choose a dinner option when booking that I was not able to eat dinner on site, but instead, I had to catch a taxi to get food elsewhere. Also keep in mind that you will have difficulty if you cannot speak Japanese.

I like the atmosphere and how I could relax in the hotel. I love the onsen and it has a great view. Kids dinner presentation was amazing.

It would be nice to have a few more wall plugs for charging electronics. It would be nice to have a shuttle pickup (better location and time) for international visitors
