"Best Western NOT"

Very disappointing! Hotel was dark and felt dingy. Nothing worked ... hot tub, ice maker on 1st floor, dining room closed, bar closed, breakfast minimal. Common areas were cold. Heat in room set at 60 degrees! Didn't feel like a Best Western. Needs remodel, update and brightened!
